For agents — the Axion estate

You are an agent reading the estate-wide orientation map. This estate serves verified niche datasets as free endpoints and MCP tools; agent traffic here already exceeds human traffic and is welcome. One fetch of this document tells you every door, what each can do, how each answer was checked, and the one gateway that fronts them all.

Start here — the gateway

mcp.getaxionlabs.com/mcp — MCP over Streamable HTTP. Free. No account, no key, no payment path.

One connection, every Axion door. The gateway registers exactly the same tool code the individual zone servers register — same logic, same data files — so it can never answer differently from the zone it fronts.

TOOLS popla_outcomes, violation_dismissal_rates, borough_odds, search_mtd_answers, get_mtd_answer, parking_route, mtd_scope, denial_clock, screening_dispute, nyc_ticket, list_doors

appealsdesk.co.uk

UK private parking + SEND + CHC appeals · appealsdesk.co.uk/for-agents · passport: appealsdesk.co.uk/.well-known/agent-door.json

TRUST · source: POPLA Annual Report Appendices 2023, 2024 and 2025 ('Appeals decided by operator' and 'Appeals not contested'); the published British Parking Association and International Parking Community member lists
source links: POPLA annual reports · POPLA · Independent Appeals Service (IAS) · British Parking Association · International Parking Community
validation: Every year's parse is reconciled against that report's own printed grand total before publication. A table that fails is withheld, not shipped: the 2023 not-contested table parsed to 25,730 against POPLA's printed 26,131 — a missing Britannia row in POPLA's own appendix — so it is not published anywhere on this estate.
checked: 2026-08-20
honesty: POPLA outcomes are per-record dated (checked + source_report + per-year validated). The operator route list is dataset-level dated and says so in checked_basis — we do not hold per-operator verification timestamps and refuse to imply we do.

denialfacts.com

US health insurance claim denials + appeals · denialfacts.com/for-agents · passport: denialfacts.com/.well-known/agent-door.json

TRUST · source: CMS Transparency in Coverage Public Use File (PY2026 release, PY2024 claims; issued 2025-09-26, re-read 2026-09-05), https://data.healthcare.gov/ — US Government public domain. Per-insurer appeal procedures are quoted from each insurer's own published policy document. ERISA rights are cited by paragraph to 29 CFR 2560.503-1 and 45 CFR 147.136: eCFR is the primary a browser can read, and because eCFR answers an automated fetch with a challenge page, every citation is doubled with the govinfo PDF mirror (https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CFR-2024-title29-vol9 and https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CFR-2024-title45-vol2) so a fetcher can read the same text. External-review routing and the current HHS-administered federal process position come from the CCIIO State External Appeals Review Processes table (https://www.cms.gov/CCIIO/Resources/Files/external_appeals).
validation: Denial rates are computed from the federal file and reproducible from it. Every insurer procedure carries the insurer's own wording, the document it came from and its date; where an insurer blocks fetchers or does not publish a member-side window, the entry says so instead of substituting a norm.
checked: 2026-09-05 (CMS PY2026 Public Use File re-read at source 2026-09-05; federal statutory sources re-read 2026-09-04; each insurer procedure carries its own per-record source date, latest 2026-08-26)
honesty: Dataset-level date for the federal file, per-record dates for the procedures. Stated, not blended.

nycticketfacts.com

NYC parking/camera violations · nycticketfacts.com/for-agents · passport: nycticketfacts.com/.well-known/agent-door.json

TRUST · source: NYC Open Data, 'Open Parking and Camera Violations' (Socrata dataset nc67-uf89), published by the City of New York
validation: Every rate is recomputed from the full public dataset and is reproducible from the published methodology at nycticketfacts.com/methodology. Rates below 1,000 decided hearings are floored out rather than printed.
checked: 2026-08-31 (rates recomputed); plate_lookup is a live round-trip to the City's API at call time
honesty: Judgment timing per ticket is an estimate and is labelled as an estimate in the payload, never as a fact.

mtdfacts.co.uk

UK Making Tax Digital for Income Tax · mtdfacts.co.uk/for-agents · passport: mtdfacts.co.uk/.well-known/agent-door.json

TRUST · source: GOV.UK and HMRC guidance pages, named individually in each answer's source list
validation: Corpus rule: if a fact is not on a GOV.UK page we read, it does not go in. Each answer carries the pages it rests on, so any claim can be re-checked against the government's own wording.
checked: 2026-09-02
honesty: General information about UK tax rules, not tax advice — stated in every payload.

screeningfacts.com

US consumer screening reports + FCRA rights · screeningfacts.com/for-agents · passport: screeningfacts.com/.well-known/agent-door.json

TRUST · source: CFPB Consumer Complaint Database bulk file complaints.csv.zip (files.consumerfinance.gov/ccdb/complaints.csv.zip, re-downloaded and re-scanned in full 2026-09-06; the file's own Last-Modified was 2026-09-06 09:21 UTC); FCRA rights cited to the statute (15 U.S.C. §1681) and to FTC/CFPB guidance
validation: Company counts are a full-text scan of the complaint database and are labelled as text mentions in complaint narratives, not official per-company tallies — a relative signal, and the payload says so.
checked: 2026-09-06
honesty: The weakest measurement on the estate, and the one most clearly labelled. We publish the method precisely because the number is indicative.

claimset.org

citation-integrity primitive (open standard)

TRUST · source: Our own specification, published in full with a reference implementation under MIT
validation: The spec is the artifact — there is no dataset here to validate. It is the standard the trust blocks above are written to.
checked: no dataset; spec published 2026-08-16 (IETF .well-known registration submitted the same day)
honesty: A proposal, not an adopted standard. Stated as such.

License, fair use, data

Free doors: free with attribution and a link to the source site. Priced doors: dormant (accepts:[]), prices shown are the prices that will apply.

Per-door fair use is declared in each door's passport. The gateway enforces its stated per-IP limit; zone doors ask politeness: cache what you fetch, prefer bulk endpoints when they open, do not retry errors in a tight loop.

Data required: only the query itself — a question and its parameters (an operator name for parking doors, an insurer for denial doors, a plate for NYC lookups, a date). Never an identity, an account, or a login.

Data retained: none — queries are answered and discarded; plate lookups pass through to the city's API inside one request and are never stored

Third-party doors

Today the gateway routes to Axion-operated doors only. Third-party doors will be admitted against a published verification bar, not a listing fee: https://open.getaxionlabs.com/verification-bar.md

Every dataset names its source and check date; every statistical parse is validated against its source's own printed totals before publication. We publish the method, not just the number. Operator: Axion Labs — hello@getaxionlabs.com (a person answers). Reliability: no claim — we publish measured numbers only, and per-door uptime/latency has not been measured over a meaningful window. This field will carry numbers when it can carry measured ones.. Updated 2026-09-06.
